Neutral Dragons

Neutral Dragons are those who have no allignment with any forces in the world and are often living in their own accord. However, these dragons can have an allignment but is either together with their neutrality or can be seperate such as being neutral but occasionally assist the forces they are alligned to. Dragons of this group can be Neutral Good or Neutral Evil or can be plain neutral
